By accessing CADownload.com, creating an account, downloading files, or using any part of the Services, you (“User”, “you”) agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2.2 We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

3.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to create an Account or complete paid transactions. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Licenses and Permitted Use

4.1 License Grant. Unless stated otherwise on the download page, CADownload grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Content for:

  • personal use, learning, and training; and/or
  • professional use in your own projects, subject to the restrictions below and any specific license listed for the Content.

4.2 No Transfer of Ownership. You do not acquire ownership of any Content by downloading it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4.3 Project Use vs. Redistribution. You may incorporate Content into your own deliverables (e.g., plans, models, presentations) for clients or internal projects, but you may not redistribute the original files as a standalone product or library.

4.4 License Variations. Some Content may have separate license terms (e.g., Creative Commons, vendor licenses, paid commercial licenses). If there is a conflict, the specific license displayed for that Content controls.

5.2 Share access to Paid Content in a way that circumvents payment or licensing (including password sharing or account sharing if an Account exists).

5.3 Remove watermarks, metadata, authorship notices, or license files embedded in Content.
